Il super tifone Haima ha cominciato a spazzare i cieli delle Filippine con venti fortissimi, 225 chilometri l’ora e raffiche che arrivano a 315 chilometri, e piogge torrenziali. Potenzialmente sono 10 milioni le persone a rischio.

“Non ci aspettiamo solo piogge torrenziali e venti forti, ma anche inondazioni, frane e maree anomale nelle aree costiere. Chi si trova in quelle aree è in pericolo”
